Brooks Saddles

Just got in a bunch of new brooks Saddles, my favorite? The Brooks B190 Saddle!

The B190 is the newest of Brooks heavy duty saddles, featuring double rear coil springs and a double loop front spring. The seating comfort is granted by the largest leather top Brooks manufactures. Rails/Weight: Steel/1805g Width: 250mm, Length: 323mm

The Colt appeals to a new generation already romanced by the 80's retro look, and has been re-introduced in colours that appeal to this younger, style-conscious demographic. The vibrant colours are achieved through natural vegetable dyes, as are all leathers in the Brooks product line.

The B17 Narrow Imperial features a distinctive cut-out section in the top of the leather, first conceived and registered by Brooks over a century ago this "registered cutting", is described as "a sure preventative to all perenial pressure". Another distinctive feature of the B17 Narrow Imperial are the perforations along the lower edge of the leather sides, which are threaded together one side to the other by a lace. This can be adjusted to help maintain the saddle’s shape and provide comfort in the long term. Tying the leather lace tightly pulls the sides of the saddle closer together, conversely loosening the lace enables the saddle sides to stay slightly further apart.

The B17 is ideal for long distance sports touring, trekking and atb use. It has been on the market for over 100 years. The model is available for gents and ladies: The Standard models feature black steel rails, Both the B17 Special and the Titanium also feature hand hammered copper rivets.
